Provided you are the user of the service Remote access to the cadastre, for non-registered users we process following personal data about you:

Processed Personal Data Categories

Name and surname, date of birth, address of permanent residence, IP address.

Processing Purpose

Provision of the service for Remote access to the cadastre data according to the § 55 par. 3 of the Cadastral Act.

Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is necessary for the fulfilment of our legal obligation (within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation) resulting from the § 55 par. 3 of the Cadastral Act. As part of Remote access services, it is also possible to obtain such reports that can only be provided to a person who proves his / her identity, and that is why data on the Remote access user must be processed in such a way that he / she can identify himself / herself with a specific natural person – i.e. at least name and surname, date of birth, address of permanent residence.

Data Source

This data is obtained from the National identification and authentication portal (NIA) and the Registry of inhabitants.

Planned Processing Time

At present it is not stated. Nevertheless even after termination of the service the data must be stored for the purpose of possible claims.

Data Recipients

This data is not provided to third persons.

Data Transfer to third Countries

This data is not transferred to third countries.

Data administrator

Personal data are administered by the service provider - Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ČÚZK contacts) and processed by the cadastral offices.

Commissioner for Personal Data Protection

A joint commissioner was appointed for all offices of the branch of the cadastre and land surveying (commissioner contact).

Final information

You have the right to request a certificate proving that your personal data including other relevant information is processed in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation, you have the right to complain at the Office for Personal Data Protection.

V září 2026 bylo na katastrálních úřadech v České republice podáno 67 906 vkladů a vyřízeno 70 283 
vkladů. Průměrná doba provedení vkladu byla 22 dnů, stejně jako v září loňského roku, kdy bylo 
podáno 70 722 vkladů. V září bylo dále na katastrální úřady doručeno 35 846 listin k provedení jiných 
typů zápisů (záznam, poznámka, upozornění, změna jiných údajů) a 14 433 žádostí o potvrzení 
geometrického plánu.

K 30. 9. 2026 se ruší Katastrální pracoviště Bruntál, od 1. 10. 2026 přechází jeho územní působnost na Katastrální pracoviště Krnov. Od 5. 10. 2026 bude v Bruntále zřízeno kontaktní místo na adrese Partyzánská 1619/7, 2. patro, kancelář č. 226. Na kontaktním místě bude možné podat návrh na vklad či jiné podání, získat výpis z katastru a další výstupy z katastrálního operátu.
Úřední hodiny kontaktního místa: Po 8:00–17:00, St 8:00–14:30. Nedokončená řízení automaticky převezme a dokončí KP Krnov – bez nutnosti jakékoliv aktivity klientů. Bližší informace zde.

V srpnu 2026 bylo na katastrálních úřadech v České republice podáno 65 171 vkladů a vyřízeno 64 265 vkladů. Průměrná doba provedení vkladu byla 22 dnů, stejně jako v srpnu loňského roku, kdy bylo podáno 63 767 vkladů. V srpnu bylo dále na katastrální úřady doručeno 31 570 listin k provedení jiných typů zápisů (záznam, poznámka, upozornění, změna jiných údajů) a 13 183 žádostí o potvrzení geometrického plánu.
