Remote Access for Registered Users

Remote access (DP) is a paid service enabling on-line access to the data of the cadastre of real estate (KN) to registered legal entities and natural persons doing business in the form of verified outputs with an electronic seal and time stamp in PDF and HTML format. After logging in with a name and password, users work in an interactive web application operated by ČÚZK.

Webservices of Remote Access

Web Services for Remote Access (WSDP) is a paid service that allows registered legal entities, individuals and natural persons doing business online access to land registry (KN) data in the form of verified outputs with an electronic seal and time stamp in XML and PDF format. To work with WSDP, the user must be equipped with an interface that is able to communicate with the WSDP interface.

Remote Access for Unregistered Users

Remote access for unregistered users (DPN) is a paid service that allows free access to outputs from the real estate cadastre. To access selected outputs (property overview reports, collection of documents and price data), proof of identity is required with a Citizen's Identity Card. Payment for individual outputs is made via the online payment portal of the ČÚZK. Data is provided in PDF format in the form of a verified output with an electronic seal with a time stamp. Users work in an interactive web application operated by the ČÚZK.

Free of Charge Webservice of Remote Access (REST API – KN)

After registration, the API provides selected real estate cadastre data free of charge. Natural persons will use the Citizen Identity for registration, and legal entities will prove their identity when registering with a Remote Access account. The API is created as a REST API, the supported method is HTTP GET. Authentication is performed via the ApiKey sent in the HTTP header of each request. The API is used to connect external systems and applications for online access to real estate cadastre data, but is not used for data extraction and bulk download. It provides selected information from the following areas: Real Estate Cadastre Code Lists, Territorial Unit Code Lists, Units, Parcels, Proceeding, Buildings and Building Rights.
