According to annexes of the regulation Nr. 358/2013 Coll., on Data provision from the cadastre of real estate

Provision of simple copies of the documents in paper form, of simple outputs created by conversion of documents either in paper or electronic form or simple duplicates of electronic documents from the Collection of documents (annex 1)
Creation of the reprographic copies from the cadastral documentation in case it is not data provision in the form of public documents (annex 2)
Creation of the printing outputs from the cadastral documentation in case it is not data provision from the public documents (annex 3)
Remote access to the cadastre data (annexes 4 and 5)
Cadastre data in electronic form (annex 6)
Copies of the cadastral map with approximate depiction of land ownership from former land registries
(annex 7)
Creation of comparative composition of parcels (annex 8)
Monitoring of changes (annex 9)
