Provision of data

The range and condition for KN data provision are ruled by the Decree Nr 358/2013 Coll., on Data Provision from the KN . Except for provision of usual forms of information, excerpts, duplicates and copies, which are available directly in cadastral branch offices, ČÚZK provides some outputs via public Internet as well. Within these applications belong free application Consultation of the KN (limited range of information, for free), paid application Remote Access to the KN data (DP) or application Web Services of the DP.

Except for before mentioned possibilities the branch bodies procure a whole range of other data services, such as data provision from KN in the electronic form (these outputs from KN databases can be acquired solely under conditions given by the legislation). Data in electronic form are KN data in given Exchange formats, containing the data from the file of descriptive information (SPI), digital cadastral map (DKM) and raster data of scanned cadastral maps. These data are provided by individual cadastral branch office according to their territorial scope of activity. Outputs being beyond the scope of one cadastral branch office are provided by the ČÚZK data management department.

There exists a special service which provides the overview of property and other rights to real estates registered either for natural or legal persons on the whole territory of the CR. Those applicants, who have this service for free based on the law, should apply in the ČÚZK data management department. Other interested persons can apply for this service against payment in any cadastral branch office in office hours.
