Application enables viewing chosen information about parcels, buildings, units (flats or non-residential premises) and building rights, which are registered in the real estate cadastre, and further information about the proceedings managed by the cadastral offices.

Application serves as a guide in preparation of the proposal for entry according to the Act No.256/2013 Coll. Application guides the user through the individual steps of the entry and after filling in the items it compiles a PDF document, which can be downloaded and submitted as an entry proposal.

Service for monitoring of changes informs the authorized person about the changes in registration in the real estate cadastre. Information are being sent on request via chosen distribution channel (data box, eMail, SMS).

Application enables getting chosen information of the cadastre in the electronic form. On-line payment is used and the outputs are immediate after payment downloadable. Some outputs need login but without unlike Remote Access to the cadastre no prior registration is required.
