Information according to the article 13 and 14 of the Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council from 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive No 95/46 EC (hereinafter “the Regulation“)
Provided you apply for certification of the survey sketch, we process following personal data about you:
Processed Personal Data Categories
Name and surname, title, date of birth, address of permanent residence, post address, data box ID, eMail and telephone number, item number in the list of officially granted land surveying engineers.
Processing Purpose
Certification of survey sketches.
Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is necessary for the fulfilment of our legal obligation (within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation), namely obligation to certificate survey sketches in accordance with the § 48 par. 2 of the Cadastral Act and § 85 par. 2 of the Cadastral Decree. Based on the § 85 par. 1 of the Cadastral Decree, only authorized land surveying engineer can apply for certification of survey sketch. Therefore such data are processed enabling identification of such a person. The data on data box and post address, possibly eMail address, in case it is delivery address requested by the user, is processed in accordance with the § 19 of the Administrative Code.
Data Source
This data comes from the list of officially granted authorized land surveying engineers and from the application for certification of the survey sketch.
Planned Processing Time
In accordance with valid Documentation Rules of cadastral offices this data is stored for 7 years.
Data Recipients
This data is not provided to third persons.
Data Transfer to third Countries
This data is not transferred to third countries.
Data administrator
Personal data are administered by the service provider - Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ČÚZK contacts) and processed by the cadastral offices.
Commissioner for Personal Data Protection
A joint commissioner was appointed for all offices of the branch of the cadastre and land surveying (commissioner contact).
Final information
You have the right to request a certificate proving that your personal data including other relevant information is processed in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation, you have the right to complain at the Office for Personal Data Protection.
