Information according to the article 13 and 14 of the Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council from 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive No 95/46 EC (hereinafter “the Regulation“)
Provided you are in the role of our contractor (you usually deliver goods to us, or we rent you some premises), we process following personal data about you:
Processed Personal Data Categories
Name and surname, address, organization´s ID or date of birth (depending on the relationship type), in some cases also bank connection, eMail and telephone number.
Processing Purpose
Fulfilment of the obligations related to bookkeeping, receivables, liabilities and disposal of state property.
Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is necessary for contract fulfilment, of which you are the contractual party of (within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation).Further it is necessary for the fulfilment of our legal obligation (within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation), resulting mainly from the Act on Accounting and the Act on the Property of the Czech Republic and its acting in legal relations.
Data Source
This data comes from the accounting documents (invoice etc.) and contracts you signed with us.
Planned Processing Time
The accounting documents are stored for 5 years, the contracts for 10 years.
Data Recipients
Inspection organs, Ministry of Finance, Czech Statistical Office.
Data Transfer to third Countries
This data is not transferred to third countries.
Data administrator
Personal data are administered by the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ČÚZK contacts).
Commissioner for Personal Data Protection
A joint commissioner was appointed for all offices of the branch of the cadastre and land surveying (commissioner contact).
Final information
You have the right to request a certificate proving that your personal data including other relevant information is processed in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation, you have the right to complain at the Office for Personal Data Protection.
