Information according to the article 13 and 14 of the Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council from 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive No 95/46 EC (hereinafter “the Regulation“)
Provided you are in the role of the job applicant (you participate in the tender for the position of civil servant or employee), we process following personal data about you:
Processed Personal Data Categories
Tender for filling a civil servant position:
Name, surname, title; day, month, year and place of birth; address of permanent residence; postal address in case it is different from the permanent residence one; highest education level; study program in the completed field of study; citizenship; the result of lustration according to Act No. 451/1991 Coll.; information on criminal integrity; telephone number (optional); eMail or data box ID (optional), other personal data provided by the applicant in the personal CV (previous employment, completed degrees, completed courses, interests, personal competences, etc.). Furthermore, personal data for purpose of getting the extract from the Criminal record by the civil service authority (optional data): maiden name, birth number, country of birth, district of birth, place of birth (municipality).
Tender for filling a job position:
Personal data provided by the applicant in the personal CV (name, surname, title; day, month, year and place of birth; address of permanent residence; highest completed education, previous employment, completed degrees, completed courses, interests, personal competencies, etc.).
Processing Purpose
Personal data serves for identification of the job applicant, and selection of the most suitable applicant.
Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is necessary for fulfilment of our legal obligation (within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation) resulting from:
Tender for filling a civil servant position: § 45 par. 2 and § 37 par. 2 of the Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Code, as amended, and § 25 and 26 of the Act No.234/2014 Coll., on Civil Service, as amended.
Tender for filling a job position: § 30 par. 2 of the Act No.262/2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended.
Data Source
This data comes from the applicant for employment in the frame of the tender. The data on criminal integrity can be obtained by the civil service authority via the extract from the Criminal record.
Planned Processing
Time If you are the applicant who has been RECRUITED for civil service or job position based on the tender, your data is processed for the duration of the employment, extended by the time necessary for possible inspection and for exercise of rights before general courts. The shredding deadlines set by the file and shredding rules and special shredding deadlines resulting from legal regulations shall apply.
If you are the applicant who has not been RECRUITED for civil service or job position based on the tender, your data is processed solely for the duration of the tender. After its completion, the data is destroyed.

This data is not provided to third persons.
Data Transfer to third Countries
This data is not transferred to third countries.
Data administrator
Personal data are administered by the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ČÚZK contacts). Commissioner for Personal Data Protection A joint commissioner was appointed for all offices of the branch of the cadastre and land surveying (commissioner contact).
Final information
You have the right to request a certificate proving that your personal data including other relevant information is processed in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation.
