Information according to the article 13 and 14 of the Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council from 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive No 95/46 EC (hereinafter “the Regulation“)
Provided you are enrolled in the list of officially authorized land surveying engineers, we process following personal data about you:
Processed Personal Data Categories
Name and surname, title, address of permanent residence, scope of official authorization and the item number in the list.
Processing Purpose
Keeping the list of officially authorized land surveying engineers.
Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is necessary for the fulfilment of our legal obligation (within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation), in accordance with the § 14 of the Surveying and Mapping Act, which imposes the obligation to keep the list of officially authorized land surveying engineers.
Data Source
This data comes from the application for granting official authorization and from the decision on granting the official authorization.
Planned Processing Time
Unlimited.
Data Recipients
The list of officially granted authorized land surveying engineers is public, according to the § 14 of the Surveying and Mapping Act, and as such it can be provided to anybody who asks for it.
Data Transfer to third Countries
This data can be transferred to third countries under the same conditions as in previous paragraph, within the meaning of Article 49 (1) (g) of the Regulation

Data administrator
Personal data are administered by the service provider - Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ČÚZK contacts).
Commissioner for Personal Data Protection
A joint commissioner was appointed for all offices of the branch of the cadastre and land surveying (commissioner contact).
Final information
You have the right to request a certificate proving that your personal data including other relevant information is processed in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation, you have the right to complain at the Office for Personal Data Protection.
