Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is necessary for the legitimate interest of the building owner (within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation), resulting from the Act No. 106/1999. This legitimate interest consists in the prevention and protection of property against thieves, protection of persons and protection against illegal or criminal activity. The processing is carried out in such a way that no fundamental rights and freedoms of building visitors are violated.

This data comes from CCTV.

Time This data is stored for 23 calendar days.
Data Recipients
This data is handed over only in case of endangerment of the security of the object, clients or employees for purpose of investigation of illegal activities to relevant inspection organs, Police of the CR, courts etc., based on their request in accordance with the law.
Data Transfer to third Countries
This data is not transferred to third countries.
Data administrator
Personal data coming from the CCTV are administered by the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ČÚZK contacts), and processed by the Land Survey Office (ZÚ contacts).
Commissioner for Personal Data Protection
A joint commissioner was appointed for all offices of the branch of the cadastre and land surveying (commissioner contact).
