Dissemination of Data obtained via WSDP
Dissemination of cadastral data is an institution where a person, with the consent of the ČÚZK, transfers real estate cadastral data obtained through remote access web services to third parties (data users). The conditions for disseminating cadastral data are set out in §11a of Decree No. 358/2013 Coll., on the provision of data from the real estate cadastre, as amended.
