Following enlarged forms are also available: list of parcels, list of buildings or list of owners and other authorized persons, which would be an integral part of the Confirmation form if necessary. Form necessary for affirmative statement about constitution, change or extinction of the right to real estate issued by persons, whose right or obligation to withstand the burden of the real estate has arisen, has changed or became extinct. The enlargement of the form is for disposal for parcel list , list of buildings  or list of owners and other authorized persons , which would be, if necessary, an integral part of the particular statement. Moreover, the explanatory notes on the form filling  are for disposal as well.
