Personal data processing carried out by the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre
Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre is allowed to process personal data in different consequences, particularly if
- you are registered as the owner of a real estate or entitled under another right in rem,
- you act as a participant of an entry proceeding or another proceeding being recorded in the proceeding forms according to the § 61, par. 1 b) of the Cadastral Decree,
- you make submission concerning cadastre administration or surveying, f.i. complaint, appeal etc.,
- you have the service for monitoring of changes in the cadastre,
- you use the service Remote Access to the cadastre
- you are the user of the application Remote Access to the cadastre for non-registered users
- you are the user of the application Consultation of the Real Estate Cadastre
- you use the ČÚZK web applications and on-line services,
- you apply for the granting official authorization,
- you are on the list of the officially authorized land surveying engineers,
- you ask for certification of survey sketch
- you ask for information provision according to the Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on free access to information.
